Anna Maria Fellegara, Monica Veneziani, Daniele Cerrato, Riccardo Torelli, and Marcello Cosa will participate as speakers at the 2024 SIDREA Annual Conference, which will be held in Ancona on September 12th and 13th.
Riccardo Torelli and Daniele Cerrato participated in the European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference, held at the University of Bath School of Management, United Kingdom, from June 24th to 28th, 2024.
The two research center members presented the following studies, respectively: "A New Conceptual Model on Environmental Accounting and Accountability: The Case of Italian Offshore Drilling" and "A Sensemaking Approach to the Analysis of Digital Transformation in Established Firms".
Signed by Director Prof. Fellegara a new agreement to consolidate an integrated system of business research and innovation in the agri-food sector between the Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Province of Cremona, the Gregorio XVI Institute for Education and Culture, and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart for the period 2024-2026.
Technology transfer, new product development strategies, psychology of food consumption, managerial development in the context of digitalization, and corporate sustainability policies: these are the pillars of the agreement, which will see RES.m HUB working together with CERSI, EngageMinds HUB, SMEA, and DiSTAS over the next three years.
Anna Maria Fellegara and Riccardo Torelli will present their research titled 'The Sustainable Transition of a Regional Ecosystem Through Circular Economy Models and the Impacts of the European Taxonomy: The Case of the PNRR Ecosister Project' at AIDEA 2023 - 40th National Conference at the University of Salerno.
Riccardo Torelli will present his research titled 'Sustainability Performance and Sustainability Reporting in SMEs: A Love Affair or a Fight?' at the Meditari Accountancy Research Conference 2023 at the University of Verona.
HumanWE and the RES.m HUB research center (Research Centre for Responsibility, Ethics and Sustainability in Management) of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Piacenza will collaborate over the next three years on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainability topics.
HumanWE is an IT Company dedicated to developing software for managing sustainability processes. Automating this process significantly reduces the time spent collecting data and creates a homogeneous and certified database to produce accurate reports and analytics. Additionally, relying on dedicated software allows companies to store valuable information in one place, under their control, regardless of internal changes or external consultants' performance.
'We are very pleased with this partnership with RES.m HUB at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Piacenza. The framework of European directives on ESG objectives is broad and still evolving. Having a qualified scientific partner by our side was crucial to adding significant value to our solutions and our clients,' said Antonello Bartolone (CEO of HumanWE).
