Full Professor of Political Economy and Economics of the Environment and Energy Sources (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – Brescia, Italy)
Stefano Pareglio is a Full Professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where he teaches Political Economy and Economics of the Environment and Energy Sources. He is a member of the Sustainable Catholic Steering Committee, the Observatory for Territory, and the Research Centre for Responsibility, Ethics and Sustainability in Management.
He has participated in over 90 research projects in economic subjects. He is the author of approximately 150 publications, a referee for international scientific journals, a member of editorial boards, and a member of the main scientific associations in his field.
Professor Pareglio has directed research centers - Lombardy Environment Foundation (1999-2014), Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (2006-2020), Eni Enrico Mattei Foundation (2016-2021) - and chaired the Utilitatis Foundation (2022-2023). He has served on the Supervisory Board of A2A (2012-2014) and on the Board of Directors of A2A (2014-2017), ATM (2017-2021), and Avio (2020-2021).
He has been the President of Deloitte Climate & Sustainability srl SB since its establishment in July 2022.
