- Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Law, Department of Economic and Social Sciences, of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza (Italy), he is interested in sustainability, social-environmental responsibility and business ethics.
- Contact person for the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Piacenza) at the Project Table for the development of green skills in Emilia Romagna and President of the Piacenza Territorial Committee of the IREN Group.
- Associate Editor of the journals Business Strategy and the Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management and Journal of Public Affairs. Member of the Editorial Review Board of the journal Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility, as well as reviewer of important international journals.
- Board member of the Italian chapter of EBEN (European Business Ethics Network) and member of several international and national scientific societies, including the Centre for Social and Environmental Accounting Research (CSEAR), the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN) the Social Responsibility Research Network (SRRNet), Accounting & Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ), the Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale (AIDEA), the Società Italiana dei Docenti di Ragioneria e di Economia Aziendale (SIDREA) and the Società Italiana di Storia della Ragioneria (SISR).
